Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Entry is open to residents of the UK.
  2. Employees (and their families) of Wild in Art, its agents, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with the competition are excluded from entering.
  3. No purchase necessary.
  4. The closing date for competition entries is 12 noon on 8 September 2013.  Entries received after the closing date will be not be considered eligible.
  5. Entry is strictly limited to one entry per person and entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. Entries from agents or third parties are invalid.
  6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed.
  7. Wild in Art reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms or dates of the competition at any time.
  8. The prize is as stated and is non-transferable and no cash or other alternative will be given. The prize is subject to availability.
  9. Wild in Art reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time.
  10. By entering an email address, participants are automatically subscribed to Wild in Art’s e-newsletter which they can unsubscribe from at any time.
  11. By entering this prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the conditions.
  12. The judge’s decision shall be final. Neither correspondence nor discussion concerning any decision shall be entered into. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Wild in Art shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
