Thomas Bullock Primary School

Joe’s design is a combination of ideas from children at Thomas Bullock School.  The School logo was designed by one of the pupils and her parents, it embodies their school values and has become a central part of the school life.  At the centre of the logo is the traditional ermine tail from the shield of the village benefactor Thomas Bullock who first endowed the village with a school.  Each colour represents one of the school values: Mauve=Spirituality, Purple=Creativity, Royal Blue=Respect, Deep Teal=Thoughtfulness, Teal=Tolerance, Bright Green=Independance, Yellow=Pride, Orange=Determination, Pink=Honesty, Dark Cerise=Integrity.  The idea to clothe Joe in the logo came from a collective workship focussed on Joseph and his Dream-coat.  It is their ‘dream’ that all children, in fact all people, will embody the values we strive to embrace.
